Spain right-back Pedro Porro has left an impression at the 2026 World Cup with his attacking flair and crucial contributions, putting past off-field drama behind him. The 26-year-old Tottenham defender scored twice during the tournament, including a man-of-the-match performance in the semi-final win against France that secured Spain's spot in the final against Argentina.

Before his success in London and on the international stage, Porro made headlines in 2022 when he had to deny affair allegations involving Portuguese actress and model Margarida Corceiro, who was then dating forward Joao Felix. Both Porro and Corceiro strongly refuted the rumor at the time, explaining that they were simply close friends who had met at a group dinner.
