Rashford not interested in Turkey move as Carrick remains keen on keeping him at Man Utd
Man United winger Marcus Rashford reportedly has no intention of heading to Turkey this summer and could even be reintegrated by Michael Carrick.
The 28-year-old spent last season on loan with Barcelona, helping them win the LaLiga title with eight goals and seven assists in his 32 league games, including a free-kick in the 2-0 win over Real Madrid.
Barcelona decided against activating the 326 million release clause included in the deal, however, and Rashford remains a Man United player.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Rashford has no intention on moving to Turkey despite recent links with Fenerbahce.
It’s understood that Michael Carrick is keen on reintegrating him into the Man United squad, although they would still be willing to sell for the right offer.
Rashford is expected to return to Man United for pre-season after England’s World Cup third place play-off against France on Saturday (July 18).
