England team news: Madueke set to start with Konsa at right-back in Norway clash

Noni Madueke is expected to start for England in their World Cup quarter-final against Norway with Ezri Konsa set to play right-back.

England are set to face off against Erling Haaland and Norway in Miami as they seek to reach the World Cup semi-finals.

According to David Ornstein, Thomas Tuchel has made the decision to start winger Madueke ahead of Bukayo Saka on the right wing.

It’s also understood that Aston Villa star Konsa will play at right-back with first choice Reece James still out with a hamstring injury and Jarell Quansah suspended.

In turn, John Stones is expected to come in at centre-back, marking his first start in the tournament since England’s opener against Croatia.
