Transfer News UPDATES: Chelsea agree deal to sign Hearts youngster Osborne

Orient sign Watford's Baxter

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of goalkeeper Nathan Baxter from Watford.

The 27-year-old has joined on a free transfer, though sell-on and promotion-related payments have been included in the deal.

Baxter has signed a two-year contract.

Aberdeen's Milanovic close to return to Australia

Western Sydney Wanderers are closing in on a deal for Aberdeen winger Nicolas Milanovic.

It is understood that the Dons are set to recoup most of the £400,000 fee they paid the Australian club last summer.

Milanovic, 24, has been eager to return to Australia.

Rashford focused on England – not club future

Marcus Rashford says his focus remains on England rather than his club situation.

Rashford spent last season on loan at Barcelona but is now due to return to Manchester United after the Spanish club opted against making the move permanent, instead bringing in Anthony Gordon.

Speaking while on England duty, Rashford said: "I live in the moment. I was very clear with everyone involved before the World Cup – I wanted it done before, and if it's not, then I won't be dealing with it until after.

"I want to be fully present in this moment. We're fighting for something so special, I don't have energy to be putting into that."

Celtic agree deal with Oxlade-Chamberlain

Celtic have agreed a one-year deal with midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The 32-year-old spent the second half of last season at the club, with a mutual option to extend if both parties were satisfied.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is said to have enjoyed his time in Glasgow, where he helped guide Celtic to a dramatic domestic double – scoring winners against Livingston and St Mirren.

Hoops boss Martin O'Neill wanted to retain the England international and has convinced him to commit to the club for another season.

It is understood Oxlade-Chamberlain had several options from clubs across Europe.

Leao's Milan future uncertain

AC Milan will hold talks over Rafa Leao's future after the World Cup, according to Sky in Italy.

It remains unclear whether Leao will continue at Milan following a difficult season in which he has struggled with injury and been played out of position.

Milan value the 27-year-old, who has two years remaining on his contract and has been linked with a move to the Premier League, at between £51.4m and £60m.

Leao has rediscovered his form on the left wing for Portugal at the World Cup and set up the winning goal against Croatia that sent them through to the last 16.

In stoppage time, he provided the assist for his new Milan team-mate Goncalo Ramos, who joined the Italian side in a club-record £60m deal earlier this summer.

Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Pervis Estupinan and Santiago Gimenez are among the other Milan players whose futures remain uncertain.

Chelsea have agreed a £400,000 deal to sign Hearts centre-back Alfie Osborne.

It is understood that the Scotland U19 international has agreed a long-term contract with the Premier League club.

Osborne, 17, has chosen Chelsea ahead of offers from Barcelona, Marseille, Club Brugge and other English sides.

Fiorentina bid for Burnley's Koleosho

Fiorentina have made a bid of around £9m (€11m) for Burnley's Luca Koleosho, according to Sky in Italy.

The winger has been Fiorentina's top target for that position throughout the summer.

Koleosho spent last season on loan at Paris FC and has three years remaining on his contract at Burnley.
