Endrick has expressed his delight after helping Brazil secure a place in the World Cup round of 16.0

After early frustration in the tournament and online criticism over limited minutes, the forward thanked manager Carlo Ancelotti for trusting him in the 2-1 win over Japan, where he featured throughout the second half.

The 18-year-old said he was very happy to contribute at a crucial stage of the competition.

Following a successful loan spell at Lyon, Endrick is now looking forward to returning to Real Madrid to begin a new chapter in his career.

"I am very happy and grateful to God because the past six months have been exceptional in my life. My career has changed a lot during this period," Endrick stated per 0AS.
