Leeds United are showing interest in Japan and Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki.

Although Sky Sports News reports he is not currently being actively pursued and remains one of several options under consideration.

The club’s goalkeeping situation at Elland Road is still unresolved as they await a decision from Karl Darlow on his future.

Darlow, who replaced summer signing Lucas Perri as first choice last season, has now officially become a free agent, with contract talks ongoing but yet to be finalised.

This uncertainty is influencing Leeds’ summer planning as they assess potential targets.

However, the club are understood to be relaxed about the situation given the slower transfer market due to the World Cup.
