Manchester City sign Mathys Detourbet from Troyes

Mathys Detourbet has joined Manchester City from Troyes, with the move confirmed by the French club as part of the City Football Group network.

The 19-year-old academy graduate came through the ESTAC system from the age of eight and was a key figure in their promotion-winning campaign back to Ligue 1.

In 27 appearances in all competitions, he scored four goals and registered seven assists, attracting significant interest across Europe.

Detourbet is expected to be loaned to AS Monaco, where a deal including a purchase option has been agreed. Transfer completes City's network strategy move.
