7M - Hansi Flick Named La Liga EA Sports Coach Of The Year For 2025-2026 Season

FC Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has successfully retained his title as the La Liga EA Sports Coach of the Year for the 2025/2026 campaign. The German tactician claimed the prestigious accolade after overcoming competition from Getafe boss Jose Bordalas and Villarreal head coach Marcelino in the final voting process. 

Flick guided the Catalan giants to a spectacular domestic campaign, defending their league title and finishing at the top of the table with 94 points. Throughout the 38-game season, Barcelona suffered only six defeats while registering an impressive 95 goals. 

Furthermore, under Flick's leadership, the club established a historic milestone by becoming the first team in La Liga history to win every single one of their 19 home matches in a standard 38-game format season. This consecutive award reinforces Flick's distinctive high-intensity philosophy and remarkable consistency in Spanish football.
