Barcelona weighing up move for on loan Arsenal ace Piero Hincapie

Barcelona are reportedly weighing up a move for Piero Hincapie, who is currently on loan at Arsenal from Bayer Leverkusen.

The 24-year-old has played a key for Mikel Arteta this season as they seek to add a first ever Champions League to their trophy cabinet.

It’s widely expected that Arsenal will pay the 352 million option to buy included in their loan deal with Bayer Leverkusen.

According to the Daily Mail, that hasn’t put Barcelona off, and the Spanish giants will still attempt to lure Hincapie to the club.

They acknowledge that it will be tricky, however, with the player happy in London and Arteta happy with him.
