To adapt, England players have used infrared saunas at home for months. In the US, the squad will undergo heated tent workouts and use ice vests during half-time. The Three Lions scheduled their first warm-up game against New Zealand in Tampa on June 6, followed by a friendly against Costa Rica in Orlando on June 10, before moving to their Kansas City base on June 13.
