Bournemouth open talks with Man City over Nathan Ake return
Bournemouth have reportedly opened talks with Man City over a potential deal to bring Nathan Ake back to the club.
Marco Rose is the man tasked with filling Andoni Iraola’s boots at Bournemouth as they prepare for their first season with European football.
Marcos Senesi is expected to join Tottenham on a free transfer and Bournemouth are once again needing to restructure their defence.
According to TeamTalk, the South Coast club have opened talks with Man City over a potential deal for Ake, 31.
Ake spent three seasons at Bournemouth between 2017 and 2020, where he managed to establish himself as a quality Premier League defender following a tough spell at Chelsea.
It’s understood that City are willing to sell Ake this summer, with his contract set to expire in June 2027.
