"I haven't decided yet" - Marco Silva breaks silence on Fulham future

Fulham manager Marco Silva has admitted he's yet to decide whether he will remain at the club beyond this season.

The 48-year-old was heavily linked with the Chelsea job before the Blues decided to appoint former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.

Silva’s Fulham contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and although the club are keen on retaining him, he remains uncertain.

Speaking to BBC Sport after the game, regarding his future, Silva said: "I have not decided.

"I understand the fans want to know the future of the club.

"Myself and the club cannot communicate something when the decision is not made."

Silva has also been linked with a return to Portuguese football, with Benfica set to lose Jose Mourinho to Real Madrid.
