Cesc Fabregas urged to stay away from Chelsea 'nightmare'
Cesc Fabregas has emerged as a leading candidate to replace Liam Rosenior at Chelsea.
The 38-year-old has established himself as one of the most exciting young coaches in European football at Champions League chasing Como.
Chelsea decided to part ways with Liam Rosenior following their 3-0 defeat to Brighton, ending his 107-day tenure.
Fabregas has now emerged as a leading candidate to replace Rosenior, alongside the likes of Andoni Iraola, Xabi Alonso, and Julian Nagelsmann.
Former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit has urged Fabregas to avoid taking over at Stamford Bridge.
"Cesc Fabregas to Chelsea? No, no, no. If you have to choose between Chelsea and Barcelona, you definitely go to Barcelona, not Chelsea. Chelsea is a mess. It’s a mess," Petit told Andy’s Bet Club.
"It’s a nightmare for managers; it’s kind of a nightmare as well for the players, actually. You will find more serenity even if you face a lot of pressure in Barcelona.”
