Rivals Chelsea and Arsenal chase Tottenham sensation Lucas Bergvall

Chelsea and Arsenal are both reportedly keen on luring Lucas Bergvall away from struggling Tottenham this summer.

Tottenham are well and truly in a fight against relegation with just five games remaining following their 2-2 draw with Brighton on Saturday (April 18).

Serval players are expected to leave the North London club regardless of whether they stay up or not.

According to CaughtOffisde, Chelsea and Arsenal are both hoping to take advantage of Spurs’ situation and sign Bergvall, 20.

Chelsea, along with Aston Villa, tested the waters in January, but Tottenham rebuffed their advances, and are expected to do the same in the summer.

It remains to be seen whether Bergvall will push for an exit with Tottenham in a strong position due to his long-term contract.

Bergvall is tied to the club until 2031.
