"It's not finished yet" - De Zerbi insists Tottenham still have time in relegation battle

Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi is adamant his side still have time in their battle against relegation.

Spurs came close to leaving the relegation zone, but were ultimately denied by a late goal from Brighton on Saturday (April 18).

West Ham and Nottingham Forest now have the chance to both go clearer of the drop zone, leaving Tottenham in an increasingly precarious position.

Speaking after the game, De Zerbi insisted his side still had what it takes to survive, saying: “I always believe in the qualities of the players.

“They play a good game, I think they can play better than today with more quality and more calm, specially when we are in possession.

“In this moment we need this attitude. It's not finished yet, it's tough, we have another five games. Everyone knows it's a tough moment, a difficult situation.

“This team is able to win five games in a row.”
