Manchester United and Liverpool are set to fight for the signature of Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi.

Kroupl is set to become Bournemouth’s next big sale following Dean Huijsen’s big-money move to Real Madrid last summer as reports link the 19-year-old to Liverpool and United.

Speaking in a recent interview, he admitted he has a lot of ambition and aims to join a top side over the coming years.

"I had dreams of winning the Ballon d'Or, of playing for the biggest clubs in the world, but they aren't really dreams anymore, rather objectives.

“I know that I can make them a reality. I'm now working to get to where I want to be"

The Frenchman is close to matching Wayne Rooney’s record of 11 goals during the 2004/05 campaign, which he started at Everton before earning his move to Manchester United.

Kroupi sits on 10 goals so far for The Cherries and as reports link him with both Liverpool and United, it is clear that he has caught the eye of scouts ahead of the summer transfer window.

Liverpool are set to lose Mohamed Salah this summer and will be aiming to replace him as soon as possible ahead of the new campaign whilst United could lose Joshua Zirkzee as he aims to return to Italy.

United are currently sitting in the third Champions League qualifying spot with only six games left to play meaning their finances heading into the summer could help them snatch up Kroupi whilst Liverpool continue to fight for a spot in Europe’s elite competition.
