Chelsea make Acheampong call amid Bayern Munich interest

Chelsea management are determined to hold onto Josh Acheampong.

While he has struggled for minutes this season, Acheampong is regarded highly across Europe.

Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are both interested in the England U21 international, with Crystal Palace also seeing him as a replacement for Marc Guehi after his January sale to Manchester City.

However, while he's on the fringes of Chelsea's first team, Blues management are determined to resist all offers for Acheampong.

Further complicating matters is Chelsea's pursuit of another young centre-half addition this summer. However, the Daily Express says Chelsea see Acheampong as part of their long-term future.
