Bayern Munich ready to raid Brighton for goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen

Bayern Munich are reportedly readying a move for Brighton goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen but face competition from other Premier League sides.

The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the best young goalkeepers in England since joining Brighton from Anderlecht in 2023.

According to TeamTalk, Verbruggen has now caught the attention of Bayern Munich as they search for their long-term Manuel Neuer successor.

It’s understood a move for the Netherlands international may not be simple, however, with Tottenham and Newcastle also keeping tabs.

The report adds that Verbruggen’s representatives are actively exploring a move away from Brighton in the summer.
