Arsenal hoping to snap up Real Madrid wonderkid Gonzalo Garcia

Arsenal are reportedly looking to sign Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Garcia in the summer.

Garcia, 22, burst onto the scene in Real Madrid’s Club World Cup campaign but has since struggled for regular game time.

The striker has started just six of his 23 La Liga games so far this season, scoring four goals and providing zero assists.

According to Fichajes, Premier League leaders Arsenal are hoping to sign Garcia, with Gabriel Jesus likely to leave.

It’s understood that Garcia would be open to the move, knowing that a starting berth for his boyhood club is unlikely considering the star forwards they already have.
