The 6 Liverpool players who will miss the Man City clash including Isak and Alisson

Liverpool clash with Manchester City in the FA Cup Quarter Final this weekend and could be without 6 stars.

Manchester City bounced back from their back-to-back draws in the Premier League and their Champions League exit as they defeated Arsenal in the EFL Cup final before the international break.

They now clash with Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium, a side who have beaten Barnsley (4-1) and Brighton & Hove Albion (3-1) and Wolves (3-1) in the previous rounds.

Meanwhile, City have so far overcome Exeter (10-1), Salford City (2-0) and Newcastle (3-1) on their way to the Quarter Final where both sides are aiming to make it to the final this year.

However, Liverpool are missing Conor Bradley (knee), Giovanni Leoni (knee), Jeremie Frimpong (other) and Alisson Becker (other) at the back as Giorgi Mamardashvili steps up in goal for The Reds.

Manager Arne Slot will also be without Wataru Endo (Ankle/Foot Injury) and striker Alexander Isak (Calf/Shin/Heel Injury) who, although returned to training this week, is unlikely to feature in the clash this weekend.

Slot has also declared Federico Chiesa available after the winger was forced to withdraw from the Italian national team whilst Mohamed Salah also returns to the side this weekend in what is a huge boost.

Liverpool will face one of Arsenal, Southampton, Chelsea or Port Vale in the Semi Final if they bypass City in what could be Pep Guardiola’s final FA Cup clash.
