7M - Senegal 2-0 Peru: Chelsea duo Jackson and Sarr shine in Paris friendly victory

Chelsea affiliates Nicolas Jackson and Mamadou Sarr played key roles as Senegal defeated Peru 2-0 at the Stade de France in Paris.

Jackson, currently on loan at Bayern Munich, opened the scoring just before halftime, converting a simple finish at the far post after Ibrahim Mbaye delivered an excellent low cross.

The striker registered three shots on target before being replaced by Assane Diao with around 20 minutes remaining.

Mamadou Sarr anchored the defense and completed the full 90 minutes.

Senegal doubled their advantage nine minutes into the second half when Ismaila Sarr of Crystal Palace capitalized on a fortunate rebound to slot home confidently.

The Lions of Teranga now prepare for their next fixture, a home friendly against Gambia at Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor.
