Real Madrid and Paz agree to trigger buy-back clause

Real Madrid have a deal in place for Como star Nico Paz.

AS says despite public claims from Como management, the Argentina international will be returning to Real Madrid at the end of the season.

Last summer, Real management informed their former prospect that they would be re-signing him in 2026 - and their stand hasn't changed since.

Real, which sold Paz two years ago to Comoe for €6m, can buy back the player this summer for a set fee of €9m. The only factor which would thwart the deal would be if Paz refused to return.

However, the player and Real Madrid are both on the same page. Indeed, it's claimed "Paz wants to return. He dreams of returning. And he will return".
