Arsenal striker Kai Havertz says he sees his future at the club despite transfer links away from the side.

Havertz missed the first half of the season after undergoing knee surgery, and then suffered a slight hamstring issue in a further setback after he had returned.

It has been a tough season for the German international who is now back on his feet and is becoming more and more influential under manager Mikel Arteta.

The 26-year-old also says he is feeling completely fit again after surgery and has brushes off transfer talks ahead of the summer transfer window.

“No, to be honest, I haven’t heard anything about that (transfer speculation), and I haven’t read anything about it either.

“I feel right at home at Arsenal, I feel everyone there is also very, very happy with me.

“Sure, it wasn’t a very easy season, but I definitely see my future at Arsenal, in London.

“I think, of course, we have a lot of games left in the league. We’re still in three competitions.

Havertz will join Newcastle’s Nick Woltemade for Germany's 2026 World Cup campaign this summer. The striker admits that he needs to shows his worth in the final stage of the season as he pushes to make it on the plane to the US, Mexico and Canada.

“Personally, I know I was out for the first six months of the season, so I am going to give my all for the club over the last two or three months now in the hope of heading to the World Cup with a great deal of confidence.”

"I missed the first six months of the season, and I will give it all for the club, and to be able to go with a lot of confidence to the World Cup.

"I want to be successful at this World Cup and lead the way."
