Barcelona secure Cortes to new deal
Barcelona have secured Alvaro Cortes to a new contract.
The Barca Atletic captain has penned a new deal to 2028 today.
Defender Cortes, 21, moved to Barca five years ago from Real Zaragoza.
He was named Barca Atletic captain this season, where he has played 22 games so far this term.
Cortes is also getting closer to a senior debut, having been included in LaLiga and Champions League matchday squads since the New Year.
