Messi's Inter Miami plot ambitious move for Man City playmaker Silva

Lionel Messi's Inter Miami are reportedly planning an ambitious move to sign Man City playmaker Bernardo Silva despite interest from Juventus.

The 31-year-old will leave Man City as a free agent once his contract expires at the end of the season, ending his nine-year spell at the club.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Messi’s Inter Miami are hoping to compete with several top European sides for Silva’s signature.

It’s understood that his former club, Benfica, are interested, as are Turkish giants Galatasaray and Juventus.

Silva currently earns between €7m and €8m net per year plus bonuses, with clubs currently evaluating whether to table an offer or not.
