Napoli inform McTominay about their planned contract offer

Napoli are ready to open new contract talks with Scott McTominay.

While currently out injured, McTominay has been contacted by Napoli management about plans to open negotiations over a new contract extension.

Il Mattino says McTominay has already been informed that management want to extend his deal from 2028 to 2030 and also hand him a healthy pay-rise.

The former Manchester United midfielder has let it be known he is happy in Naples, despite the speculation coming from the English press.

However, Napoli management aren't taking any risks and are eager to secure McTominay knowing he resisted massive offers from the Saudi Pro League last summer.
