Algeria target Real Betis defender Elyaz Zidane

Algeria are interested in Real Betis defender Elyaz Zidane.

The son of France and Real Madrid great Zinedine Zidane, Elyaz is currently playing for Real Betis B.

Elyaz's older brother, Luca Zidane, is now playing for Algeria - having originally been capped at various levels by France. Like Elyaz, Luca also came through the Real Madrid youth system and is now playing for Granada.

Algerian media sources are reporting the FA are now seeking to convince Elyaz to also commit to the country.

Elyaz has been contacted by the Algerian FA, though is yet to respond. Like Luca, he has been capped at U17 and U20 level by France.
