Done deal? Liverpool close to completing €35M deal for Brazilian wonderkid Allan Elias

Liverpool are in talks to sign Palmeiras wonderkid Allan Elias in a huge summer deal.

As reported by Sport Witness, local sources report that the Premier League champions are in negotiations and want to structure a deal that would see the 21-year-old arrive after the Club World Cup.

Allan is an exciting young winger and with Mohamed Salah’s future under question, Liverpool may be preparing for life without the Egyptian who has been disappointing so far this season.

The youngster has grabbed five goals and six assists in over 50 appearances for Palmeiras and Liverpool look to be seeking to snatch him up before his value skyrockets.

Real Madrid snapped up Vinicius Junior from Flamengo for in 2017, Federico Valverde from Penarol for €5M in 2015, and Rodrygo from Santos for €45M in 2019. All of which have more than doubled in value since then.

Benfica, Newcastle and Napoli are also said to be interested with the Italian giants reportedly failing to snag him with a 330M bid rejected.

Sport Witness report that Allan has a contract until 2029 and a release clause near €100m (386m) in what could become an expensive deal for Liverpool.

Palmeiras have sold the likes of Endrick and Estevao in recent years and Elias could be the next star to leave the side and join Liverpool boss Arne Slot as he builds a side worthy of winning the title again.
