Arsenal and Chelsea battle it out for latest Brazilian wonderkid

Premier League duo Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly battling it out to sign Brazilian wonderkid Breno Bidon.

The 20-year-old has been a mainstay for Corinthians for the past couple of seasons, earning over 100 caps for the Brazilian giants.

According to CaughtOffisde, both Arsenal and Chelsea are keeping tabs on the midfielder ahead of the summer transfer window.

The report adds that Arsenal have already initiated talks with Bidon’s representatives and are ahead of Chelsea in the race.

Bidon’s contract with his boyhood club is set to run until the end of 2029, and the deal is said to include a release clause set at approximately 380 million.
