Rosenior Accuses Arsenal of Disrespect Toward Chelsea

Liam Rosenior has slammed Arsenal for showing disrespect to Chelsea by interrupting their warm-up prior to the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg.
Cameras captured Chelsea's head coach visibly agitated as he shouted at an Arsenal staff member for invading the wrong half of the pitch before the match at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday. Rosenior, furious at the time, later explained that certain football etiquettes should be upheld.
"It wasn't the [Arsenal] players," the 41-year-old said. "I believe in respect. Each team has its own half during warm-ups. I've never instructed my team or coaches to intrude on the opponent's area. At that moment, I found it inappropriate."
"They disrupted my players' and my staff's warm-up. I asked them, perhaps not politely, to remain in their half. I'm not into mind games; I just want what's fair. I hope we can uphold that respect."
He added, "I strive to be as respectful as possible. Winning is important, but I have no issues with anyone at Arsenal Football Club. I respect their fantastic manager, Mikel Arteta. It just felt like respect was lacking at that moment."
Arsenal advanced to the final with a late goal from Kai Havertz, securing a 4-2 victory on aggregate. Chelsea faced criticism for a defensive strategy, though they were missing several key players.
Rosenior mentioned that Cole Palmer, who played in the second half against Arsenal, is prepared to contribute a full match when Chelsea faces Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday. The return of Pedro Neto and Reece James from minor injuries remains uncertain, while Jamie Gittens is out with a hamstring tear.
