DONE DEAL: Liverpool confirm summer deal for Rennes wonderkid Jeremy Jacquet
Liverpool have confirmed a deal to sign Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet for next season.
The reigning Premier League champions have splashed the cash once again, confirming a 360 million for Jacquet, 20.
Liverpool have beaten Chelsea to the signing of the highly regarded defender, who will now join Arne Slot’s side on July 1st.
Jacquet has made just 31 appearances across all competitions for Rennes since breaking into the first team for his boyhood club back in January 2024.
All parties are now waiting for a work permit and international clearance to be authorized.
