Returning to the Manchester City lineup for the first time since August, Egypt international Omar Marmoush scored in a 2-0 Premier League win over Wolves on Saturday.
The forward, who recently participated in AFCON 2025 with Egypt, opened the scoring by finishing a Matheus Nunes cross. New signing Antoine Semenyo added a second before halftime to secure the points.

"It is important to score a goal and help the team," Marmoush said post-match. "I am very happy to be here after AFCON and help my team. I saw that Matheus broke through and it was a good finish."
Marmoush praised the team's mentality, stating, "We fought until the end, showed a very good mentality from the beginning." He has now made 11 Premier League appearances this season, contributing one goal and one assist.
