Juventus plan second offer for Celta Vigo defender Mingueza
Juventus are preparing a second offer for Celta Vigo defender Oscar Mingueza.
Off contract in June, Mingueza is open to leaving Celta this month.
Tuttosport says Juve's opening offer of €3m for the Spain international has been turned down.
Celta are demanding €7m to part with Mingueza this month.
While Juve deem that valuation as too steep given the player's contract status, general manager Damien Comolli remains in contact and intends to up their offer to €4m over the next 24 hours.
