Barcelona losing ground on Milan giants in Jakirovic battle
Barcelona risk missing out on signing Dinamo Zagreb defender Leon Jakirovic.
While the youngster favours moving to Barca - and the Blaugrana are keen to close a deal - the transfer is in doubt due to the Catalans' Financial Fair Play issues.
As such, Sporske Novosti is reporting AC Milan and Inter Milan are stepping up their plans to prise away Jakirovic.
Dinamo are prepared to sell the prospect for €2.5m and Jakirovic wants to settle his future this month.
As such, unless Barca can make a major sale over the next two weeks, a move to Italy is likely for the Croatian, who turns 18 today.
