Toronto FC make official bid for Norwich's USMNT striker Josh Sargent

MLS side Toronto FC have reportedly made an offer for Norwich's USMNT striker Josh Sargent.

The 25-year-old has been somewhat of a bright spark for a struggling Norwich side that side down in 22nd in the Championship.

Norwich are just one point off getting out of the relegation zone, but have managed to win two, draw one and lost two of their last five league games.

According to Fabrizio Romano, things might be about to get a whole lot worse for Philippe Clement’s side after Toronto FC made an $18 million offer for their star striker.

Sargent has seven goals and three assists in his 23 Championship games this season and has represented the USMNT 25 times.
