Aston Villa keen on Tammy Abraham reunion in pursuit of new striker

Aston Villa are reportedly keen on bringing former loan star Tammy Abraham back to the club this January.

The now 28-year-old enjoyed remarkable success during his 2018-19 loan spell at the club, scoring 26 goals in 40 games and helping Villa return to the Premier League.

Abraham has bounced around several clubs since then, and now finds himself in Turkey with Besiktas, on loan from Roma.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Villa are now keen on bringing Abraham back to the club as they seek to sign a new striker.

It’s understood that talks between the club and the player’s representatives have already started.
