Barcelona legend Xavi 'ready' for Premier League job amid Man United links

Barcelona icon Xavi reportedly feels 'ready' to make a return to management and is keen on taking a Premier League job amid Man United links.

Xavi, 45, has been out of work since leaving Barcelona back in May 2024 following a nearly three-year spell at the club he won everything at as a player.

He has since been heavily linked with several top European jobs, and the now vacant Man United position has been no exception.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Xavi is ‘ready’ to make a return to management but reports of ongoing talks with Man United are wide of the mark.

The former midfielder is in the running to replace Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford, but the Premier League giants won’t be making a decision until the end of the season.
