Antoine Semenyo's transfer preference revealed as Man United and Man City go head-to-head

Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo reportedly prefers a move to Man City over any other club in the upcoming January transfer window.

The 25-year-old is posed to leave Bournemouth in the new year and will be available for 360 million plus another 35 million in add ons during the first ten days of the window due to a release clause.

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Semenyo’s preference is to join Man City despite interest from rivals Man United.

Pep Guardiola’s side are yet to make an official offer, however, but will continue to push for a deal once the window opens.

Man United pushed hard to sign Semenyo and had no intention of playing him as a wingback despite earlier reports.
