The acclaimed football influencer-turned-reporter and club photographer shared one last enigmatic message with her followers before her tragic death at just 27 years old.

A renowned football influencer has died after falling from the seventh floor of her apartment, having earlier posted a cryptic message online.
Malina Maria Guler was a devoted supporter of Romanian club FC Bihor Oradea, the successor to the original FC Bihor. She attended most home matches and worked as a reporter and club photographer while building a following as a popular football influencer, documenting the second-division team's journey—including their promotion in 2024.
Malina, who had over 40,000 followers across Instagram and Facebook, also covered other events in her hometown, such as music concerts. Tragically, the 27-year-old passed away on Saturday morning, December 20.

Reports indicate she fell from the apartment she rented in Oradea, Romania, where the club is based. Malina studied journalism at university and was deeply passionate about both photography and football, according to What's The Jam.
In recent weeks, however, she had begun attending fewer matches, raising concern among fans and colleagues. Those close to her shared that Malina appeared overwhelmed by personal struggles.
Her father was seriously ill, and she herself was reportedly battling a form of cancer.

On Friday evening, just hours before her death, she shared footage from a public square where Romanian rap artist Cabron was performing.
The clip included the lyrics: “Give me time, God, at least a season…”
A spokesperson for FC Bihor said: “Malina was with the club during the 2023–2024 season, when we earned promotion to the second division. Through her professionalism and dedication, she helped capture the moments and emotions of that sporting journey.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, loved ones, and all who knew her.”

Fans also paid tribute to Malina and her work online. One wrote: “A smooth journey to the heavens. May your soul find relief and peace at last. Those who knew you understand what Oradea has lost.”
Another commented: “Rest in peace, beautiful soul.” A third added: “May you rest in peace.”
Police are investigating whether her personal struggles and health issues contributed to her death.
