Man United ready to sanction January Kobbie Mainoo sale on ONE condition

Man United are reportedly willing to sanction the sale of unwanted midfielder Kobbie Mainoo in January, but only if one condition is met.

Mainoo, 20, continues to push for a move away from Man United having had a loan request turned down in the summer.

The midfielder hasn’t started a single Premier League game for Man United so far this season, featuring for 212 minutes across 11 substitute appearances.

Now, according to a report from Sky Sports, Man United will only sanction the sale of Mainoo if they receive an “exceptional offer.”

Ideally, they wouldn’t sell Mainoo and their also reluctant to let him leave on loan midway through the season, but it would indicate a slight softening on their stance.
