Lyon and Real Madrid reach Endrick agreement

Real Madrid striker Endrick will join Olympique Lyon on loan in January.

According to AS, the transfer is now complete. The deal was recently in doubt because both the Brazilian and Real Madrid wanted to wait and see how things developed under coach Xabi Alonso.

Potential injuries in the attacking lineup also delayed the loan agreement.

Endrick has played no role whatsoever this season under the former Bayer Leverkusen coach. He has so far amde two brief appearances.

The 19-year-old, who moved from Palmeiras to the Spanish capital for €60m in the summer of 2024, is only third choice at centre- forward behind Kylian Mbapp9 (26) and Gonzalo GarcDa (21).
