Real Madrid join Liverpool interest in Rennes defender Jacquet
Real Madrid have joined Liverpool's interest in Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet.
Liverpool are watching Jacquet this season, with the youngster considered as a potential replacement for Ibrahima Konate.
Sky Sports says Liverpool are keeping tabs on the0 20 year-old and has started all 15 Ligue 1 games this season.
However, Real Madrid are also watching the France U21 international.
Like Liverpool, Real are also seeking a young defensive addition with Antonio Rudiger set to leave as his deal runs down this season.
Jacquet's contract with the Ligue 1 club runs until the summer of 2029.
