Man United reportedly have no intention of signing Sergio Ramos once his contract with Mexican Monterrey expires at the end of the year.

The 39-year-old announced that he will leave Monterrey at the end of the year and push for a return to European football.

Several reports have suggested that Man United are keen on bringing the Real Madrid legend to Old Trafford for one last dance.

According to ESPN, though, that couldn’t be further from the truth, and Ruben Amorim’s side have absolutely no interest in the veteran defender.

It’s understood that Man United will have a quiet January transfer window with the focus being on rebuilding their midfield next summer.
