The 21-year-old has emerged as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League since his arrival at Selhurst Park in January 2024. He is said to be United’s top target, and Amorim believes he can help revolutionize his midfield.0

The former Blackburn Rovers star is now a England international, bumping his price up slightly as the Red Devils build the funds necessary to secure his services. 0

His representative James Featherstone spoke earlier this season about how Wharton must play for a side like United if he wants Champions League football.0

“When he was at Blackburn we sat down and spoke about shooting for the stars and playing for England,” his agent told TalkSport.0

“So how do you get there? Personally I think to play for England you have to play Champions League, to play in the Champions League you have got to play for one of the top teams in one of the top leagues.0
