Arsenal agree deal to sign Ecuadorian twin wonderkids

Arsenal have agreed a deal in principle to sign Ecuadorian teenage twin wonderkids Edwin and Holger Quintero, who are currently playing for Ecaudorian giants Independiente del Valle. The duo are expected to complete their contractual formalities in London this week and will officially move to the Emirates after they turn 18 in August 2027.

Liverpool are reportedly plotting a move for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga next summer amid the Reds' disastrous form, which has seen them lose nine of their previous 13 games. Liverpool boss Arne Slot deems the Frenchman's signing necessary, aiming to strengthen the midfield.

Anderson scouted 'more than 10 times' by PL giants

According to Sky Sports, Manchester City are "in love" with Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson, who is valued at at least £100 million (€114m/$132m) by the Tricky Trees. It is believed that City sporting director Hugo Viana and other scouts at the club have been in attendance for a Forest game "more than 10 times since the start of the season."

Former Liverpool goalkeeper Brad Friedel has suggested the Reds should pull out all the stops to secure Marc Guehi's signature, as the Crystal Palace is a proven operator in the Premier League.

Glasner slams Palace recruitment

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has once again shared his grievances at the Eagles' lack of transfer business after his side fell to a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday. The Austrian coach has not hidden his frustration at the Palace board over their summer window in which Eberechi Eze left to join Arsenal and Marc Guehi almost joined Liverpool. Glasner's contract at the club expires next summer and has been linked with a number of top Premier League jobs.

Speaking to BBC Match of the Day, Glasner said: "If you play European football for the first time in your history, you should invest and not save. We are doing well, we are still in a good position in the league and in all four competitions. I think January is too late. We will have played more than 50% of our games.

"Ismaila [Sarr] we lost him today with an injury and also he goes to AFCON so everything we are facing now, it's not surprising. Everything was pretty clear and I didn't say anything but today I think it is also time to speak about it that we missed the chance to play an even better season in the summer."

Emery chasing forward reinforcements
