Sergio Ramos linked with sensational Real Madrid return

Sergio Ramos has been linked with a sensational return to Real Madrid as he looks set to leave Mexican side Monterrey.

The 39-year-old will leave Monterrey once his contract with the Liga MX side expires at the end of the calendar year.

Ramos has no intention of retiring, however, and could be set to make a sensational return to Real Madrid, according to DefensaCentral.

It’s understood that Ramos is the one pushing to make the move happen, but Real Madrid aren’t against adding some experience at centre back.

Ramos left Los Blancos in 2021 as the clubs fourth most capped players having made an incredible 671 appearances.
