Fabio Silva eyeing January Dortmund exit months after leaving Premier League side

Ex-Wolves striker Fabio Silva is reported looking to leave Borussia Dortmund in January just six months after joining.

The 23-year-old swapped Wolves for Dortmund in the summer for a reported fee of 317.5 million but has so far only played 30 Bundesliga minutes.

Silva is being kept out of the side by one of Europe’s most prolific strikers, Serhou Guirassy, and is now looking to leave.

According to Sky Sport, Silva is wasting no time and has instructed his camp to explore potential options in January.

The report adds that there hasn’t been a formal request to leave, however, but the player is desperate to make Portugal's World Cup squad next year.
