Palhinha makes clear his Tottenham hopes
Joao Palhinha has made it clear he wants to stay with Tottenham.
The Portugal midfielder is on-loan at Spurs from Bayern Munich with an option to buy for €30m.
Palhinha told Mirror: "You should ask the owner, not me. It's like a marriage. Both sides have to want it.
"But I'm really happy here. I feel the support of the fans, and when you feel that, it's something very special."
Besides Spurs, other Premier League clubs also pursued Palhinha in the summer. "I had many opportunities to move to Premier League clubs in the summer, I can remember."
