Chelsea have reportedly joined Premier League rivals Man United in the race to sign Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.

The 23-year-old has had a meteoric rise since joining Forest from Newcastle last summer, becoming an England regular under Thomas Tuchel.
