Real Madrid have set their asking price for Vinicius Jr after a reported 'complete breakdown' in contract talks with the Brazilian.

Real Madrid and Vinicius Jr have been in contract talks for the best part of a year, but talks have reportedly broken down over the player’s wage demands.

Several outlets have suggested that the 25-year-old want’s a contract that would match fellow superstar Kylian Mbappe, which the club are unwilling to commit to.

Now, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Real Madrid have set a €150 million asking price for the Brazilian.

In his column with Sky Sport, he said: "According to several reliable sources, Real Madrid has set VinDcius JFAnior’s starting price at €150 million, following the complete breakdown of contract extension talks."

Vinicius’ current deal with Real Madrid is set to expire in the summer of 2027 with the club looking to sanction a deal in 2026.

Saudi Arabia is the most likely destination for Vinicius, although Man City are keeping tabs on his situation.
